“This must be the worst company in UK to deal with. Redeemed a voucher on 11 November, have had NO contact from seller at all. All gogroopie are interested in is taking your money. They do not answer e-mails or give any support whatsoever. DO NOT have any dealings with this company whatsoever. They should not be allowed to trade.”

“Bought a Book Book for my iPad through go groupie, the product did arrive but case is too small for the iPad it has a zip around the case which you cannot use and when I tried to pull the zip with out the iPad being inside the fastener came off.
I have emailed go groupie to ask how I can return the item but they just don't respond. I'm just glad that it wasn't a large costly item.
Think twice before ordering off this website customer service is very poor.
