I ordered 4 items in 2 deliveries via Go Groopie. One item in the first delivery was faulty. The second delivery took 2 months to arrive, and even then the wrong items were sent. Customer service took a further 2 weeks to respond, then only by telling me to contact the merchant directly (which I had already done, still waiting for a reply from them). Terrible customer service, won't be using them again.

I've made 5 orders with GoGroopies. One of them was fine and delivered on time. Three have still not been delivered, although each of them was placed about a month ago. The fifth order contained incorrect information on how to redeem, therefore I had to spend time and money (on paid calls to a wrong phone number quoted in the GoGroopie voucher) to sort the issue and get my voucher re-deemed. Clearly, GoGroopie has to put in a lot of efforts to make their services at least somewhat acceptable.

Rubbish!! Avoid!!! Bought item in January still not received its now March. All my attempts to contact them have been ignored. Not happy

I purchased my voucher and redeemed it in January. I wrote to gogroopie saying I never received any form of order confirmation from the company supplying the goods. Gogroopie finally replied after the 2nd reminder from me. They didn't answer my question just gave me note saying allow 21 days excluding Sundays. Well it's now been well over 21 days excluding Sundays. I have written to them once again. No reply yet. My advice DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !

I'm a single,parent I saw this site and was thrilled when I saw how cheap things were ,so I ordered six items in January and paid on my visa , the items were for gifts for my family,came to the amount of about £100 pounds, I've sent about ten emails and not had one reply, so worried now that I have lost my money to what seems a bogus company,I'm going to take this further and seek professional help,anybody who is thinking of ordering from this company ,please don't bother you hard earnt cash may as well be flushed down the loo, desgusting and by reading other people on here I'm not the only one who has lost out !!!!!!

Only got 1 star because there is no 0 star. Awful company to deal with, got voucher straight away, tried to order goods but company said they were out of stock and won't be getting anymore stick in. Emailed Gogroopie several times for a refund and not had one response, disgusting service, give them a very wide birth unless you like throwing money away!

I am very disappointed as I ordered and paid for through PayPal to snooze snore pillows never received them emailed them to complain and not once have they responded this is whether the first time I have not received my item but they have paid for £19.99 through PayPal PayPal have also sent dispute but had no response not happy

like many others who have written reviews, I am appalled by the lack of interest shown by Go groupie. My purchase (fortunately) was very cheap. I decided to change my mind and within 24 hours I requested a refund. The notes provided by Go Groupie were very encouraging and it appeared they would be very helpful with this change of mind. 5 e-mails later and I still have not received a reply I have no doubt when the reply arrives (if it does) the statement will be that the 2 week period has now expired. I also notice that Go Groupie reply to numerous reviews and they again ask for reference numbers etc. To be frank that is simply an attempt to try to improve ppublic relations. I am unlikely to believe that giving them the required details for a 6th time will result in a refund or even a response. I will obviously advise friends about my experiences here and let them decide if the comapany is worth dealing with .

I have ordered two kids laptops on 27 January I have email you 3 time ,and I have rang you loads and you have not answer any,they were birthday pressie,I order them a month ago so there would be here in plenty of time,I won't to no were are they????????

Very unhappy. Bought an item from the site. Didn't kno there was an additional delivery charge now the item is discontinued. Have emailed many times including a copy email from the supplies confirming discontinued. No response at all. Not even a confirmation email from the site. I've tried both methods from the web site link and direct to cousterner service. Wish I had never ordered. Want my refund then I will delite from phone. Would not buy again. Stick with eBay in future.

Non Delivery I ordered 3 packs of Gillette razor blades on 5th January with delivery within 21 days. 45 days have now elapsed and i have emailed the company 4 times without receiving the goods or a reply. I did not know that I was dealing with a supplier third hand or would not have placed an order with GoGroupie. I have ordered many items with Groupon without a problem and belived that this was part of the same company because I received emails from them without solicitation - what a mistake!! Reading the other reviews here I now know that this is a company to be avoided. Have contacted PayPal and put this transaction into dispute.i

Bought an item in December 2014 which was faulty, returned it to the supplier who said they'd refund postage. 5 times have Emailed support email for Gogroupie to get refund on the voucher cost. Not one single response. It is now end of February (3 months) and I have no help from GoGroupie whatsoever and there is no phone no. to call, just a support email address they don't reply to !!! Until now I liked using Gogroupie but aftersales is non existent!

I bought item from an offer.Which was bargain until I do not realised there is additional delivery cost-after which this was not so bargain-so I contacted them to cancel day after transaction ,and couple times more it's already 2 weeks after cancellation-they did not contact me at all no refund!!!???i will try contact pay pal.

total rubbish have tried to contact them regarding an offer 3 emails totally ignored!! no contact details for the company the voucher was for DO NOT USE GO GROOPIE they do not care about the customer - very quick to take your cash but rubbish at customer service!! AVOID AT ALL COST

Ordered my razors in November and the jewellery set beginning of December and neither ever turned up. I have sent a lot of emails since and never got any reply! Hopeless company with a horrible customer service. Cannot even get my money refunded because no one can be bothered contacting me whatsoever. Recommended NOT!

This company is hopeless been sending email s asking how to use my voucher no reply also asking to cancel one of my orders as for some reason they saying I ordered 2of the same thing I will never use this site again
