After may tries to redeem my voucher I was unable to redeem my voucher and soon became void. I am not happy to receive no reppies to enquiries.

im appalled that this company are allowed to actually get away with this (i would give them minus 5 rating if the system allowed) again like a lot of customers i paid for my goods paid delivery costs & RECIEVED NO GOODS & surprise surprise over 3 MONTHS LATER with ive lost account of the amount of emails chasing they apparently have had IT ISSUES! im still waiting this is far & away the worst company i have ever dealt with & im going to make sure everyone i know never ever uses them !!

Said they had responded to my emails, rubbish, no respone at all. Put a PayPal claim in. They didn't even respond to paypal. I have a full refund of the voucher cost 9.99. Still down the postage, but I can now buy a micro sd card to get the mp3 player to work. Terrible company, DO NOT USE. Scammers. 74% of feedback is bad.

I ordered razors back in November. Payment was taken for product and postage. When I didn't receive my order I emailed customer service as told too. Never had a response. So thought I would use the power of social media and contact them through their Fb page. I didn't get a response that way but after several messages saying that they will refund etc I still haven't received it and now they are not responding via Fb! Extremely bad customer service would NOT recommend this company!

having tried to contact them with regards unable to access my code into system orders they have completely ignored me from 17 feb. Disgusted with their customer service. what about a telephone number to contact them or do they not want to be contactable.

I bought a voucher , redeemed it and paid for the postage and the item never got delivered. I emailed GoGroopie and had to wait a week for a response only to be told that they will ask the supplier to directly contact me. The supplier in turn emailed me to say that I need to contact Royal Mail to find out where my parcel is as they have sent it. Royal Mail confirmed that they don't recognise the shipment number that I was given by the supplier. I have emailed both the supplier and GoGroopie to relate the information from Royal Mail and it has been over a week without a response! VERY poor customer service.

Very poor customer to none existent you can e-mail till you're finger are sore & they still don't get back to you I wouldn't be using them again

I placed an order in January and to date I have still not received this (23rd February). When you contact customer services they take ages to get back to you and when they do the response is not helpful. So you have to email them again and wait ages again. I will not be ordering anything further which is a pity because I have seen a lot of stuff I would like for either me or my daughter. I would definitely not recommend.

Very poor service - I had to ask the paypal resolution centre to intervene before I got a refund for goods never received.

i purchased a voucher and it failed to work and after several mails i still have not recv a reply or refund as i see it go groupie is a SCAM COMPANY and i will never use again the biggest gripe is ii have not recv any contact back in a week that is really crap service

Don't deserve anything but to be taken to the cleaners just like they have done with their customers!!! Paid for massage mattress in December told 21 days delivery, now end February and no-one answers the phone or replies to email. £75 of my hard earned cash down the drain! SCAMMERS is a good enough word for them, thieves would be more accurate!

DUPED !!!!!. have contacted Watchdog bbc. as I can get no satisfactory reply from this Compay. HA HA . In fact I have got NO REPLY from this company. BEWARE of recommendations from Friends!!! lol

Terrible company have ordered a child's tablet with phone on the 2/1/15 still haven't recieved anything not even a reply to my emails this company is a con and il be going to there head office in London I want my money back

I ordered a parka coat with Small size, also paid for 5 pounds delivery service but after almost a month, they sent me one with a wrong size (Large size). Totally disappointed.

I purchased a voucher in early Dec 2014, paid p and p whilst ordering a bottle of Purfume with the voucher in plenty of time for Christmas. It is nearly March 2015 and I still haven't recieved the perfume. What I am most annoyed about however is the lack of response to my many emails of complaint. I have eventually recieved a response recently saying Go Groupie have contacted the merchant asking for the perfume to be delivered, even though I have reiterated many times that it is too late now as I had wanted it as a Christmas gift. Shocking customer service and also my hard earned cash has been taken with nothing in return. What is the definition of theft?

I entirely agree with Hayley. I have never come across such an appalling company. Their Customer service is dreadful - I sent no end of emails only to wait over a month for a reply and yes you've guessed it was due to a "back log". Well it must have been a backlog of complaints. When they send you the codes to use they never work - so beware of parting with your money.I would suggest you never ever use this site.

SCAMMERS !! I have been conned out of money which this awful company were quick enough to take from my account, isn't it a shame they're not so quick to put it back! I Have waited a whole YEAR and still waiting on my refund ! I email regularly but I've only been graced with a reply twice in a year, most emails just get ignored and on the rare occasion I've had a reply I've been told 'we currently have a back log' - RUBBISH ! A back long wouldn't stop you refunding MY money ! .... BBC watchdog have been forwarded all information, hope this site gets closed down !

The worst ever website I ever used. Been order from November 2014, not received stuff till January 2015. Calling them to refund have to wait for 14 days, after 20 days try to call them again coz still no refund, the woman say will speak to manàger and will refund straight away, but wait another 5 days still no refund. Getting so fed up, I call again and the man say will refund right now and tomorow will be in my account. Today is 3rd days but still no refund. I wish never use again this company, it's really make me sick.

Bought a course worth £279 for £20. Sounds good? But the course was just a 70 page e-book and worth about £5 compared to other products available on Amazon. Have been asking for a refund for about 2 months now. They say 'it is being processed'. You have been warned, they are the bottom end of the discount sites and in my opinion, unreliable.
