“I emailed Customer Services at GoGroupie on 6th Dec 2014 seeking a refund for Windscreen protectors from merchant Fish Called Geoff which did not work. Over 2 and half months later I am still awaiting a refund, Timeline:
6/12/14 complaint email requesting refund
12/12/14 email chase to GoGroupie as heard nothing
30/12/14 Gogroupie emailed asking me to email my complaint to merchant directly and copy in GoGroupie
Same day emailed merchant and copied in GoGroupie
15/01/15 Stefani from GoGroupie emailed the merchant and copied me in
19th/26th/3rd Feb/8th/10th/18th emails to chase but STILL NO REFUND.
Complained 6th Dec - still no refund by 18th Feb in spite of 2 emails from GoGroupie saying payment would be made within 48 hours - make your own judgement!!”

“I wish I could write 0 stars. Absolutely disgusted with GoGroopie's "Customer Service" or lack there of. 2 of 4 deals I have bought have not been successful for different reasons, 1 supplier have already returned my postage, the other; Home Shopping Selections have yet to even acknowledge my email requesting a refund and collection for my broken item after it's arrival 06/02/2015. As for GoGroopie, after several emails since the end of January, I had to revert to threatening them with legal action and poor reviews everywhere I can as they appear to respond to that. I have never written a poor review before, but I feel I have no other choice to get attention and resolution. DO NOT USE!”

“I am so surprised (not) that gogroopie are experiencing a backlog of emails probably because you don't deliver!! I ordered a blender back in November (yes November) and to date i have not received the blender nor an apology, nor a refund, only the same bulls**t email saying they will contact the merchant.
