I have been ripped of by this site do not use it the voucher codes don't work and they don't reply to e-mails and the customer help is a waste of time if one person reads this and takes notice and doesn't buy from this site I will be happy as gogroopie have stolen my money they are both but thieves stay away and safe your money

I ordered some Raspberry Ketone tablets on the 3rd of November 2014 and still waiting for them to arrive. I have emailed and they haven't replied. After reading all the negative comments on here I think I will contact Trading Standards as this company takes your money but doesn't deliver your goods.

I had a family crisis and did not use my voucher in time, sent a message to ask if I could renew as the item is still on sale not even an email back and they have no phone contact number, very sad they could not even be bothered to answer me.

Sorry to hear this but unfortunately we cannot refund you as you have requested to cancel outside of our 14 day cancellation policy. What we can do as a goodwill gesture is to credit your Go Groopie account for the cost of your voucher then you can use these credits to re-purchase the deal. ordered a childs ski sledge in Nov they have taken payment but nothing has arrived . Have emailed them 6 times no reply . Asked for refund still waiting. VERY POOR SERVICE advise you not to buy from them.

I ordered a watch which is meant to be worth £99.0 and bought it for £12.00. The watch wasn't even worth £2.99 out of a market. The watch is broken and didn't even come in a box with any guarantee and trying to get in touch with go groopie is a nightmare. I shall never use them again.

I order'd a parka on the 28th of november, im still waiting for it to arrive, ive email'd several times to gogroopie, also the supplier also phone'd the supplier woz on the phone for a good while still no answer. Waste of time, begining to think they are a scam company. Miss sharron Timmins.

I ordered a pxp3 on the 13 of November.for my son birthday he is autistic and chose it .still haven't come and like every 1 else they don't reply .i am so angry this is a joke

Absolutely unresponsive to this new customer who's having difficulty with their nominated supplier. The mystery is why they should be so careless of their reputation. But I won't be messed about. If necessary, I'll promptly apply for judgement in the county court, and add costs to the failed transaction.

I bought a £13.00 voucher for L'Oreal Youth Code moisturiser bundle. When I went on the site the voucher only took £1.00 off that's sites price so would have cost me £42.00. I was very disappointed, but Go Groopie agreed to give me a refund. A month later this has not happened and filed a case with PayPal. PayPal are telling me to try and sort it out with Go Groopie but they have stopped emailing me. The things I have no income and it was the only way of getting my Mum a present.

Ordered late Nov, stadium puzzle for my grand son for Christmas. As yet not received! And no reply's to my emails just sent another......it is such a bad time to let people down. If at least they would get back to me to say they are having problems , I would understand, but not knowing if I should buy another present is a big problem. Its just common courtesy that is lacking Eileen

Absolutely atrocious service. Paid £99 for a ring for my daughter's 21st birthday October 2013 never received. Despite constant emails, unable to get in touch with the supplier,Go Groopie eventually admitted I had not received the goods (in November 2014) and promised to return the money to me. As of today I am still awaiting the money. Now going to take this further to the press. One of the advice columns in newspaper, hope they can help me get my money back

I wish I'd read the reviews here before giving my hard-earned cash to these people. Long story short - Avoid. I paid Go Groopie £18 for a voucher for a bottle of Agent Provocateur perfume on 14th November 2014. I paid pinkstyle.co.uk £5 for postage of said item, and sat back happy in the knowledge delivery would be within ten days. Lol. Nope. Over a month later - nothing, nada, zip, zilch, zero. No perfume. No reply to my numerous emails to pinkstyle.co.uk. No response to my email to Go Groopie*. No-one is answering the phone at Pink Style. And no refund. Caveat emptor, people. You want a bargain? I've used Groupon, Mighty Deals, and Bespoke Offers many times without so much as a hitch.

If I could have left a 0 stars I would have done!! I am going to trading standards about GoGroopie, I have placed an order for a netbook for my daughter for Christmas and have had zero correspondents from this terrible company. I ordered the voucher which then cost me an additional £10 in p&p. Judging by the other reviews I'm not the only one that has been duped.

I ordered 6pairs of Havaiana flip flops on 30/7/14 have never arrived and the company eventually after 3 months emailed and said they were unable to fulfil the order and have been told go groopie will refund but despite them keep replying (eventually) to my emails telling me they have a backlog and it will be done in 7-10 days, I am still waiting!!!!! At the same time I ordered some leggings which didn't fit and were returned. Company have emailed gogroopie to refund me ( and cc'd me in) as they can't do it, go groopie said will do it in 7-10 days. That still hasn't happened either. I have been emailing nearly every 3-4 weeks and have now had enough. Have printed off all email evidence and will pursue this plus costs plus interest through the small claims court. I think they have had ample opportunity to try and help out. I even asked for a supervisor to make contact by phone so that I could actually talk to someone but this was ignored!!!!!! Dreadful company shop with them at your peril!!!!!!!!

Shockingly bad customer service (do not answer emails) and when finally able to speak on phone, do not email supplier with specific questions asked! Received tea from Go Deal Me yesterday over a month overdue with no acceptable help from either company or response from either about £4.99 postage refund they say they will provide if late! Stay away from both companies!!!

Bought a voucher for children's ypad 17/11/14. Separate PayPal postage cost paid for 3.99. I've sent 3 emails to 'customer support' I have had no response, no communication at all and NO YPAD! To add insult I have had 3 amounts of 3.99 PayPal postage taken as the voucher would not activate properly-strange how the postage worked ok!! Now have to go and buy a present instead of ypad I will NEVER use this site again.

I almost bought something on this site thinking it was groupon but it asked for date of birth name address etc then thought I would review first before I committed to buy. The reviews are scary because you have to pay by credit card and then they have so much information. I would cancel your credit or visa card in case of fraud, better still dont buy from them. Also there is a new pop scam which asks you to carry out a short survey and then you receive an expensive "gift" which you only pay for postage, again it asks for details birth etc and then they have access to your card no etc. Scams are becoming ever more clever be careful.

Brought a voucher for a watch. £29.99. Went to merchant website to use voucher and there was nowhere to input the code and no contact details to call them. Requested refund from go groopie. Took a while to hear back but was told I would get a refund between 7-14 days. It's 16 days later and no refund and no response to email. I am £29.99 out of pocket and am fed up of the lack of customer service from this 'company' Wouldn't recommend!

The products ,when they do arrive, are so small only fit a baby. I'm talking ring and bracelet here. I have ordered jeans ,2 packs , one pack by mistake. I got one pack which were way below standard and I sent back. The other pack I have tried to cancel, they say they can't. They have not arrived but have taken two lots of money out of my bank account. Load of crap.
