I have just started ordering from gogoogle I did not know how to redeem vouchers so I got in touch with them and I was instructed step by step how to order my items, now I am happy to order other items as they have good discounts,

Having had a torrid spell of trying to sort out my order of pots and pans, I seem to have struck better service and I shall review it all when my goods arrive = PLEASE WAIT !

Gogroupie are effective, efficient and empathise with their customers that is they actually saw through my problem in returning an item which was posted to me after my cancelling the product and it was given to me without paying for them. I will recommend Gogroupie to everyone interested in buying any of their products as you could rely on their services and their products are worth their value. Thanks Gogroupie.

I ordered a 7" tablet and received a voucher code and security code. When I tried to redeem voucher was informed it was incorrect. Eventually through my ignorance I lost all the information. I then rang your customer services. The lady I spoke to was brilliant and very patient as I was panicking which must have driven her mad but she remained very calm with me. She did solve my problem which happened to be my fault. I cant praise her enough she was brilliant cant thank her enough. Neil Brown

Absolutely disgraceful company. My mum had ordered 3 products off there. Still awaiting the first one to be sent which was ordered in OCTOBER. Called to query several times what is going and get told they will email the supplier and come back to us. THEY NEVER DO. Paid postage aswell on items that have never arrived. So sick of chasing and so sick of worrying about this. Who ever runs this company needs to really question why they're in business at all. Terrible service and terrible company. I would make a formal complaint if there was a complaints process!!!!

The man I spoke to at customer service was amazing he was so patient with me and the problem was solved by his understanding of a dizzy pensioner haha thank him for me x

Good deal's the only problem that I find is occasionally the vouchers go to my junk box and I have difficulty accessing them otherwise ok

Hi, Your vouchers are sent automatically to the email address you provide upon purchase and can be accessed at any time through your GoGroopie account. If you cannot find the voucher in your inbox it could have been filtered, so please check all mailboxes and you can change your email account settings to prevent this. Kind regards, GoGroopie

Avoid this company at all costs! I had to chase up a product I ordered and I was at the point of chasing a refund when it finally (after 3 calls chasing) turned up a week after the latest date for delivery! Now a few weeks later the product has stopped working - useless quality. Study their website and it directs you to the Merchant for these issues - BUT there is no Merchant - it appears to be a fake company and there are no contact details at all despite Go Groopie claimng they always publish a valid email address for the Merchant. I cannot even get Go Groopie to answer their phone during opening hours to ask for the contact details. Waste of money and I will never use this appalling compay again!

enjoyed several items from Go Groopie, occasional hiccup with delayed delivery, also a slight fault in one - BUT always very quickly dealt with - very impressed with this service so will now use fro more items .

Thank you so much for your help & time you gave me. Shopping with you regularly I have had excellent service. Due to having problems with my Notephone I was unable to claim several items, some even out of date, which you helped me with. You certainly went the extra mile. Thank you.

ive had a few deals from go-groupie but I think it would be better for customer if he could get his voucher at same time as buying the item/ it gets a bit annoying trying to get voucher some times, I had some of it myself/

They are very unreliable and don't care about the costumer at all , I purchase along time around 2 months ago but the don't sent it to me and after few times contact with them after 8 weeks they said they just can refund the money, I have to say I bought the item as a birthday gift and I promise to some one but ????? I really embarrassed front of that person specially that person is a kid

After ordering I read the reviews I tried to stop my card payment received my vouchers the next day I order the goods received them the following week so overall I can only give them good feedback

I read gogroopie reviews after I ordered 2 items. So many negative reviews I didn't think I would see either item delivered. Both items arrived within 3 weeks and are of good quality at a fantastic low price.

I ordered a Mattress from them in December still waiting offered a refund but no reply phoned several times no one answers. when they do they say they will contact the supplier who never receives the message and hasn't even received the original order. Today i managed to talk to someone on a poor phone connection they then put me onto the refund dept. waited for 30 mins no reply. This company is a joke. No money no refund no compensation. They are a joke
