I have only ordered twice (case of wine, and Jewellery), however, both were an excellent price, as described, of good quality and both arrived quicker than the maximum expected time I was given. I can see others have had issues but from my perspective none have been experienced.”
“Ordered some Oral B tooth brush attachments on the 9th November, still not received them. I've contacted customer services, they said wait a few more days. It has now been over a month and I have put a complaint and claim in through paypal. They contacted me then saying they could no longer help me as I had put a complaint in. However, if I removed the complaint, they would look at my case again. Personally I think they are very poor in all departments and I definitely will NOT be using them ever again.”
“Ordered a goose down duvet on the 8th Nov still not received it. Tried a few times to get through to customer care but was put on hold for ages, got through eventually but it was a waste of time. I emailed them and was told to wait a few more days then get back in touch with them. Ive phoned a couple of times again once on the phone for 14 minutes then it was 25, never got through.Trying to get a refund but finding it very difficult, would not recommend them.”
“This is honest, unlike everybody else I actually received my items earlier then expected.
However,!!!!!! I chose to get the mystery bags, I advise don't buy them unless you like LED tea lights ect... I was expecting headphones or something a bit more useful.

you might be waiting 10 mins and then you ring again but its still unresponsive.After feeling frustrated you e mail the company, but that
would take about a week to reply. After about a week and half you may
receive a return slip. After about another week and half you may receive
your money back . It took about one month to complete, good customer
service ? I was so frustrated with the whole episode I contacted Watch Dog.
