“Last item ordered was delivered *very* late past the stated delivery time, and the quality of the item was poor. The bag also smelled *very* unpleasant, which means I can't even use it until that horrid smell goes away. “This company are a waste of space and a joke.
They take orders for items they cannot deliver. Make promises they can't keep and their customer service is abysmal. Then when you ask for a refund as they can't deliver your item they withhold your own money.
Please don't give them the time of day or your hard earned.”
