These guys are total con-artists & this is a total scam. Ordered goods in 2nd week of January and still not received anything. There is no way to contact them apart from sending e-mails which they DO NOT reply to. The products may look good at great prices - But do be aware that it is too good to be true and you are just parting with money that you will never see again and you don't get your product!

I sent for the keyring rain coats inearly december and have sent emails and complained to complaintes about not getting them the voucher was never turned on for me to click on to it Iv had enough its about time something was done about us not getting our items or getting our money back right enough the merchents we buy of may need to keep the money or might go bankrupt

I have had 2 really bad experiences with buying jewellery from GoGroopie. The second occasion (order no 3530677949) supposedly cultured pearl necklace and earrings. As an owner of a lot of pearls I am extremely doubtful they are genuine cultured pearls but was prepared to keep them. One of the earrings was damaged on arrival, however and though I have e-mailed twice but never had a response. I was willing to write one issue off as a single bad experience but will now never use G.roopie again

Ordered Gillette fusion razor blades December still not received despite numerous emails. Please don't touch this site with a barge pole. No replies and yes money taken. We live and learn!

Complete waste of time, Ordered a mens watch , it arrived smashed tried to contact Gogroopie but did not get any response from them don't bother wasting your money

Voucher cannot be redeemed - does not reduce the price of leggings and they try to charge a higher postage than advertised. Do not reply to e- mails - very poor - I have raised a dispute with paypal

Purchased a voucher in January to buy a gift for a friend's birthday which never worked, emailed customer service and the merchant numerous time without any replies. Emailed again asking for refund as friend's birthday has now passed, finally got a reply saying merchant will reset voucher code but gogroopie are waiting confirmation of this and will be in touch shortly to let me know, replied asking for refund as voucher no good to me, wish I had seen these reviews before purchasing voucher, very poor customer service, no communication and long delays even if you do manage to get a reply!!! Money taken from account in January and still no goods!

I purchased divaderm lash extender the 26/01/15 my money was taken from my account immediately. I have not been able to redeem voucher and have sent several emails to go groopie with no response. It's a pity they don't help as quick as they take your money

Purchased a voucher for some L'Oreal products back in November. Items never appeared. Started contacting GoGroopie early December regarding this and after sending many emails, finally received a reply asking if I had redeemed the voucher (despite me telling them that I had tried to contact the seller as postage had also been debited from my account, so obviously I had redeemed the voucher). A delaying tactic on their behalf. I replied and after another follow-up email a couple of weeks later received their reply saying that I would receive a refund within 7-14 working days. Needless to say this time has passed with no refund and I have had to send yet another email - no response yet. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Tried to redeem a voucher purchased from gogroopie and it doesn't work. Followed the steps to contact customer services and I've had no response, no acknowledgement of my emails and I'm disgusted with the level of service provided! I am also disgusted at the fact the company are responding to bad reviews, if they were quicker to acknowledge their mistakes they wouldn't have a long list of poor reviews and angry customers. Ordered a mascara try to redeem it and CANT keeps going to home page and every other page apart from redeem voucher disgusting appalling unsatisfactory service I have ever came across do not order from these people unless you don't actually want the item and loose money

Have purchased a couple of items over 1 month ago. Advised up to ten days for delivery. Still waiting for goods to arrive. Have contacted Go Groopie with no response from them - they did say that they were experiencing unparrelled amount of queries - no wonder with this lack of service - guess what though, the payment was very quickly taken out of my bank account. DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY WITH A BARGEPOLE.

Ordered some thermal underwear this morning price £8.99 Go Groupie voucher sent was for £24.99 Checked with my bank and they have taken 2 X £8.99 out of my account! I have cancelled the order and hopefully monies will be credited back to my account. seems like this company don't know hat they are doing or scamming people!?

Thanks Gogroopie for taking my money and NOT sending me any goods. Thanks Gogroopie for ignoring all the mails I've sent asking for either the product or a refund. I'm now nearly £30 out of pocket. You took my money and sent me nothing and you've ignored my request for a refund. I can't be the only one out of pocket due to this Company. There's a word for what you've done...now let me think !

Ordered an adult male jacket size large. It's tiny . I'm not sure in what world it qualifies as a large. At best it's extra small. It was a very long time coming , not quick by any means. Thoroughly disappointed with go groupie. The voucher was with fab shopper. I would not recommend either of these web sites the product was poor quality I feel well and truly scammed !!!

Go groopie is the worse company ever! I won't recommend this company to anyone It's a ripp off, i have purchased a Mac book with them, trying to contact them since last week, cause i can't redeem my voucher nobody gave me any answer, And if you want to call them guess what there isn't any telephone number i want my money back

Bought 2 x tablets in October, delivered 1st December just in a plastic bag. Screen on one of them cracked right across. Sent it back signed for delivery which they (J & Y Shop) received on 2nd December. Many, many emails later they finally agreed in January they had received it and it worked fine! What about the cracked screen? Then they said oh yes, we'll process a refund. No refund received. Many more emails and they said they had told GoGroopie to refund me. Emailed GoGroopie several times, eventually they said they were waiting for the merchant to tell them to issue a refund. I copied (again) J&Y's refund email to GoGroopie. No response from any of them again. THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE AND UTTER SCAM. If you're reading this, Go Groopie or J&Y, you owe me £29.99 + £9.99 carriage + £3.49 return postage. Why not just pay me?????? You admit the item was faulty.
