Ordered a thermal shoulder support on 27th Feb not received yet. Sent email to inform but no answer so I have decided to shame you and put on review. If you like getting nothing for your money then buy from go groopie if not go elsewhere. I agree with the previous buyer the customer service is non existent. Get your act together go groopie and restore my faith if you can I challenge you. Carolyn riches

For some reason the (very bad) review i placed earlier today is not showing and as usual no response, they owe me £149.00 as a refund as I cancelled the order / voucher as the merchant could not supply the size required, despite this company saying they could. As stated earlier this is now with the Fraud Department of the credit card used. This is awful customer service as no response to any of the 3 e-mails sent and the phone number(s) supplied are not longer available, I wonder why with an average score of 1.9.

ORDERED FUSION RAZORS FROM A COMPANY CALLED GIFT HAMPERS BY POST VIA GO GROUPIE. ORDERED ON 12 FEB. STILL NO ORDER (18 MARCH!). EMAILED MERCHANT - NO RESPONSE RE-EMAILED EVERY DAY FOR 2 WEEKS - GUESS WHAT!? NO REPSONSE. CLOCKED UP 55 MINUTES CALLS TIME HANGING ON TO MERCHANT ON A MOBILE PHONE (SO I CAN PROVE THIS!!) NO ANSWER. MAYBE THEY SHOULD PAY THE BILL. EMAILED GO GROUPIE (6 TIMES!) - NO RESPONSE ABSOLUTELY APPALING BEHAVIOUR AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. YOU DON'T GET TREATED LIKE THIS WITH ANY OTHER COMPANY I KNOW. INTERNET SHOPPING IS EASY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE COUNTS HIGLY AS PEOPLE ORDER ON RECOMMENDATIONS. I AM OVER £20 OUT OF POCKET AND MY HUSBAND HAS GROWN A BEARD (haha!). I AM DISGUSTED. I WILL DEMAND A REFUND OF MY £16.99 PURCHASE AND MY £4.94 POSTAGE CHARGES WHICH ARE IRRELEVANT IF YOU DON'T RECEIVE THE GOODS. BAD, BAD SERVICE.

I ordered my pet bed 4 weeks ago and have sent two messages to customer services. The last one got a reply now saying because so busy I will have to wait 5-7 days for a response. This really is not good enough.

Overall totally bad experience. I've ordered several items from this site, not one of the orders has materialised. I've had voucher codes that don't work and codes that do but not one if my orders has arrived. I've emailed the company on many occasions and have not received a single response. I've tried calling the company, but just get an answer machine and no one returns my calls. As previous reviews have said STAY AWAY FROM GOGROOPIE IT IS A CON COMPANY TAKING YOUR MONEY AND NOT DELIVERING THE GOODS so so disgusted in this day and age

This is my second time buying from this site and the service is very very bad. Poor response rate and I ordered (1month ago)Raspberry Catons Teas but they never arrived ,I tried to email several times but no response. I am very disappointed with the service. I don't recommend this site.

Ordered a set of 12 mugs, bought voucher 10th Feb 2015, placed order 11th Feb states allow 21 to 28 days for delivery and I'm still waiting! Unable to elicit a response from their listed customer service number! Appalling service! All I want is my mugs!

After being ill over Christmas and new year, I decided to buy myself a present. It was a ruby ring. The voucher was for £39.99, which was taken from my account on 2nd January. However I then discovered that it was not offered in my size and cancelled the voucher. I have had three e-mails from them now all promising to put the money back into my account within 14 days. It is now March 17th and the refund has still not appeared in my account. They still keep sending me offers, but there is no way I will ever trust them again after this experience. I am 63 years old and I still think that we are living in the era when people and companies could be trusted 100%. More fool me! My advice is to avoid them.

Scam?? ordered two mothers days hampers payment duely accepted by gogroopie however when attempted to order after waiting the required time, codes not accepted! Contacted merchant who state they had no record and would enquire on my behalf, still waiting. Attempted to contact gogroopie negative results. End result my mother and wife received no gift on Mother's Day and I am out the money paid. I have sent a further email requesting a refund but nothing as yet. Please be wary when ordering from this site.

Hi Guys, Myself and my husband have had the same poor service as you guys. We ordered 3 packs of fusion blades on Feb 08th 2015 and have still not received them. Gogroopie do not respond to emails & Gift hamper by post doesn't seem to exist. Rang a tel number that no one answers, gives a option to leave a message but no one returns your call. Will 100% never use them again. I am going to ring my bank to see if we can get our money back

The first time I've used gogroopie and probably the last as I bought a voucher for the theory test pack the voucher has an invalid code ive have sent numerous emails and also spent two hours of my life I won't get back trying the customer service number and not one reply from the emails great customer service!!!!!! Thanks for nothing im now contacting paypal to arrange a refund .

If it looks to good to be true it usually is, in this case it definitely is. Some sellers are kosher, but there are to many who are not and Go Groopie customer service will not help full stop. Don't do it, it really is not worth it.

I ordered some razor blades through this Co. they have not arrived and Gogroopie will not help resolve ( nor re-pay my money) moreover they do not respond to emails and no telephone answering. I strongly advise not doing business with this organisation. They cannot be trusted. Service is non existent .

Anybody that is thinking of going through this company to purchase items,PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE think twice.I purchased 2 netbooks,they were working fine for a short while,then 1 wouldnt start,and the other had a problem with charging port.I have emailed them and i have rang them numerous times,and they are just not interested,they do not want to know.I have tried to get my money back off paypal and directly through my bank.Next plan,Trading Standards,Ombudsman,Watchdog tv programme,and maybe a national newspaper.

Still owed a refund from this company, emails have gone back and forth since July 2014. Last I heard from them was them advising me to go threw my bank to get a refund. Absolute joke. I would not advise anyone to purchase from this company. There is no customer service at all.

I bought a pair of toe alignment socks (Ref 4174) which were faulty , not fit for purpose and returned them on 7/2/13 because I had been sent two left footed socks of different sizes, one small and one large. I was told that one sock must be inside out which it wasn't and that I should stretch the small sock to make it bigger. After a series of email correspondance with a person called Jamie , he agreed to refund me plus postage. Then he sent another email to say I would not be getting a refund. I photographed the socks and have evidence of the offending item together with reciepts of postage of package to Go Groupie. I wrote to them again on 13th June 2013 and got no response. I have contacted them on other occasions up to the present date 13/3/2015. Its still annoys me being ripped off by your unsavoury practise. I am still waiting for justice. Sue Harrall

A year ago when I first started using gogroopie everything went quite smoothly. About 2 months ago everything started to go pear shaped. I haven't received any of the last items I ordered. It takes gogroopie days to answer my emails which makes me think they are overwhelmed with inquiries about missing items. Are dodgy companies giving each other the word about robbing people through a third party? ( their websites give the impression they are very cheaply built by amateurs- certainly not pro webmasters...) It's all very strange and I will not give up on my fight to get my monies back. It's a question of principles...
