“From the beginning I was reassured by the knowledge and sound advice from the office staff and then the installation of my new boiler wad very quick and efficient, despite the fact the installer was unwell and unable to attend on the Friday as booked. They quickly arranged it for an engineer to come on Monday. He did a very good, efficient and tidy job and the boiler is working very well.”
