“The plumber, Tony, was over and above helpful. He was brilliant. When thr goods were delivered, the flue pipe was missing and Tony did his very best to get hold of one so as we didn’t freeze! We’re pensioners and I have been having cancer treatment so we were so pleased that Tony was able to fix it after he wasted several trips to come up with a solution.”
