“Very good in fact excellent ! Very good quote on a replacement boiler for our bungalow. We changed the specification of the boiler to have more hot water capacity which was no problem and the price was still very good. We agreed to have the boiler replaced and two days later it was done ! Superb service. Nothing too much trouble and two years interest free credit to boot !”

“The fitters worked non stop and boiler is fantastic. However the reasons for this score are as follows.1) the tutorial on how to work both boiler and more importantly the room control was quick and I mean quick The control did not work the way I was shown I called the fitters ,no reply. I called go green who talked me through as best they could with the comments to contact the makers of the control of I could not master it 2) the inlet valve to top up the boiler system is but a few inches from the ceiling!! It's a bonkers position to install such an important unit ! I the past this value control has always been by the boiler or a point of easy access. People in the trade who have seen the position are somewhat taken aback. It is a ladder job to access the position 3) on numerous occasions the fitters were standing sometimes kneeling on the worktop, at the point where two surfaces meet. The join has now fractured slightly with one edge slightly above the other. If water gets on I will make a claim. Overall good job spoilt with some issues here listed”

“When they were selling me a new boiler at £2,000 they were extremely pro active. After 5 days my boiler broke down. I then went through a mini horror storey. I spent 7.5 hours on the phone, Scott who was dealing with it didn’t Ever call me back I then had to chase him. Then I got a lady on the phone who thought it a great idea to try and have a row with me. After 3 days of hell the guy that fitted it came back and spent 2 minutes putting a screw in to a box that apparently “always” happens. I dreading having to talk to their customer service, it should be customers get no service. Terrible”
