“I had a very positive experience with Glow Green, from the very competitive quote to liaising with Lewis Willoughby, the very friendly & professional plumber they’d arranged to do the install. The whole process was very refreshing and even enjoyable, which is an odd thing to admit when talking about boiler installation! Would recommend in a heartbeat”

“I recently got Worcester Bosch installation and it went really well. Guys from GlowGreen were very nice and explained everything and they arrived on the time they promised. Price for the boiler was also good and I got offered 2 year payment plan with no interest. I would say I had some issues with customer service at the beginning because of my finance got declined and as promised they didn't call me back on time but other than that everything was good.”

“I had a quote on Tuesday and the boiler was installed and working perfectly on the Friday. Glow Green kept me informed throughout the installation. Also there were a number of follow up call to make sure I was satisfied. Quick efficient service at a very competitive price. Definitely recommend them.”

“Glow Green Ltd provided a good service. I would have wished the gas engineer had spent time in checking the gas radiators were working fully after boiler installation. I had to later bleed the radiators to make them work fully. Overall good service both from the sales and engineering teams.”

“Initial response from the team was positive, phone survey of my boiler installation was aided by me providing photographs on their system and the quote was emailed without delay. After my acceptance of the quote and allocation of a plumber I requested his gas safe number to establish his qualifications but received no answer to the two emails I sent. Eventually after several days waiting I had to phone the company to get a response and the gas safe number was provided a couple of hours later by email. This lapse in their communication was disappointing and is the reason for the 4 stars. The plumber was excellent, cautious with regard to social distancing, efficient and carried out a neat and tidy installation.”
