“I have had problems that are not totally resolved although I think they are now trying to get to the bottom of what is going wrong. The sales team have always been very pro active but pleasant. Customer Care have always been pleasant and listened to my complaints, but have not always rung me back.”

“Terrible, used this company to installed solar panels at two properties in September 24, neither installed correctly, no customer service, say they will call back and never do. Have a active complaint which is being ignored. Do not use.”

“Apart from the date of instalation being changed a couple of times, everything went very smoothly. Jake our instalation engineer was exellent and did a fantastic job as the boiler was in a very awkward place. The electricion also was very efficient. Thank you Glow Green we are very pleased with our new boiler.”
