“I had 5 units installed. They all work fine but the installer drilled through the cable from the consumer unit to the oven in the annexe. My in laws have now been without cooking facilities for around 7 weeks. I have had to ring several times and send many emails and no one is getting back to me. I understand mistakes happen but their installer is now trying to duck responsibility. Would have expected more from a company providing a luxury product!!!”

“Glow Green is a mixed bag - you can have a very friendly salesperson, reasonably priced air con system, quality and quick installation but then you may wait 2 months for remotes. I have got 2 systems installed, asked for wireless for both systems, received one after a month after installation and still waiting for the second RCN-TC-5AW-E3 Wireless Kit (GG-TK-070965). There is a definitely disconnect somewhere but countless emails and calls do not seem to help.”

“Promised to deliver on the Monday. So I arranged annual leave. Boiler didn't arrive until Wednesday. Not given an explanation. I was told it would arrive on Wednesday. So had to arrange another day's annual leave. Lucky I have an understanding boss. No apology from Glow Green. They only spoke to me about financial cover for the new boiler. Boiler is good and was fitted with minimal fuss.”

“Glow Green Ltd is an amazing company one of very few deliver on their promises We were quoted by another Company for a boiler that was far too big for our house Sure enough the one from Glow Green saved us money and was more than adequate The installation was carried out by Jordan who was the best workman we have ever had on site He was punctual as were your delivery team,Jordan was super efficient the quality of his workmanship was great The boiler you recommended is excellent Jordan explained everything to me Thanks again for a great installation I can’t praise Glow Green or Jordan highly enough”
