“Responded promptly to my request for a repair. Gave me a morning slot,starting at 8.00 am,but I got a text from the engineer saying he would be here between 7.00 and 8.00/ So I had to get up early. Arrived 0715, examined the machine. Told me it was beyond Economi rc repair - which I accepted as it was over ten years old. Got a bit confused when I later got a message after the repair asking me if my machine was workng well now. Clearly whoever sent the message hadn't bothered to check if the machine had been repaired. In soite of that overall excellent prompt service”

“Many thanks. Very prompt scheduling of engineer visit. Engineer clearly knew what he was doing and quickly resolved the problem with our Liebherr fridge freezer. Would def use again if required”

“Excellent service. Immediate phone response. Engineer booked immediately. Instant diagnose of fault. Immediate order of new part. Call to say part obtained, and New appt. booked. Engineer fitted new element very speedily and tested oven. All worked. Again excellent service. Wish every company worked liked yours. Will book you again if and when we get any more problems. Thanks very much . D & J”
