“Really happy with both the engineer sent to try and repair the washing machine and his quick analysis of the problem and then not hanging around trying to fix something that was going to be expensive, but explaining my options. As a result, decided to order a replacement machine and also test out the option of getting part of my call-out charge refunded by purchasing a replacement through GloTech. The purchase process and then delivery of the new item was prompt and well managed and the delivery guys phoned me 30 mins before they arrived to confirm the time, which was really great.”

“Good communication - easy to get in touch, helpful staff, not ‘pushy’. Surprisingly quick call-out and helpful advice on which to base decision whether or not our ageing appliance was worth repairing (not!). Would definitely recommend and/or use again. Thanks”

“The engineer called en route, arrived at the given time, found the fault very quickly, repaired my dishwasher within the hour and cleaned the area where he was working before leaving. Very courteous and very efficient. Would thoroughly recommend.”

“Your engineer arrived on time, was courteous and professional. Drawing on his knowledge of Samsung washing machines he quickly identified the fault, and said that it was not in our interest for him to fit the new seal that he had brought. The bearings of the drum had gone. A new machine was sadly needing to be purchased. We respect his openness.”
