“My call for an engineer was dealt with very efficiently and the engineer duly rang to say he was on his way. He was very quick in diagnosing the problem and proceeded to deal with it very speedily I now have an up and working machine Thank you very much”

“Our engineer, Gavin, was absolutely amazing. Very polite, professional and knowledgeable. He went into a lot of detail about the nature of the problem and technical aspects of the washer dryer we have. We had a piece of jewellery stuck behind the drum. He managed to somehow get it out even though it looked like an impossible job. He left us with priceless advice too on how to look after washer dryer. Brilliant service, GloTech! Thank you!”
