“The complete service from Glotech for the repair of our Neff combi/microwave oven has been first rate. From the fixed price for all visits to the initial diagnosis and the installation of the replacement parts it has been faultless. The Glotech engineer Andy, identified the problem, ordered the parts and returned to install them with the minimum of fuss and inconvenience. It was a complicated problem so some parts were ordered just in case. One wasn't used, it was returned to Glotech and the cost will be refunded. It wasn't the easiest of jobs but he was friendly, professional and efficient, a job well done.”

“Excellent service both from the sales team and the delivery and installation team. On the day of the delivery and installation I was given advance notice of their arrival time. The installation was completed in a very professional manner and the team tested the dishwasher before leaving. As usual, a very stress free experience from glowtec.”

“The gentleman was very prompt and helpful, when the repair was completed he returned the kitchen to normal. Also when completed he asked if there was anything I needed help with, being disabled this was greatly appreciated.”

“Excellent service, phoned in the morning got an appointment to repair oven for the next day and Max arrived around 8.15 and repaired within 15-20 minutes.”

“The engineer kept me informed about the visit and gave me a call to say i was the next visit and how long he would be. He came, listened to what i said was happening to our washing machine. He was very efficient and didn't waste time as well as being very thorough. Unfortunately he was unable to repair has he established a mouse had chrewed through the drum casing which is not repairable. I highly recommend this family run business.”

“Excellent proactive service by Barry Shah— our go to person in sales over last 25 years. Lee and the installation team are courteous, efficient and do the installation with great care and consideration towards the customer. In last 6 months, we had Dryer, washing machine and larder fridge installed. Not a bit of hassle at all.. smooth, thanks. Keep it up”

“Excellent service from Glotech repairs. Easy to book appointment online for problem with my Rangemaster. Engineer, Paul, arrived bang on time, having first rung to say that he was on the way. Rectified the grill problem quickly, providing a professional, personable & efficient service at a very reasonable price. Would definitely use this company again.”
