“Our washing machine was leaking. It was very easy to arrange an appointment and quite quickly. In fact there were two separate problems with the machine requiring two parts. The engineer fixed the first and then arranged an appointment to replace the second part. All of this was carried out very efficiently and quickly. I will certainly use this company again when necessary. Great service”

“Recently contacted Glotech via a trust-a-trader leaflet as I was looking for a quote for a dishwasher repair (the start switch had stopped working). Took a look at Glotech’s website and liked the fact that they charge a fixed call-out fee, and if you decide to go ahead with the repair you only need to pay for the part(s) on top. Sent an enquiry via their website and got a speedy response and soon had the engineer booked in for a visit. When the engineer arrived he was very polite and looked very tidy and professional. He went to work and quickly diagnosed the fault and explained what needed replacing. The engineer contacted me later that day with a price for the new part, and I booked in the second visit for the repair. The engineer arrived a couple of days later and carried out the repair. I would definitely use Goltech again. Truly great company with professional engineers.”

“We've used Glotech before and had a positive experience, so when our oven needed a repair we contacted them again. Again we had great service from them. They called us before arrival, and Javid was very professional and friendly.”

“Appointment made quickly, Engineer came on time, explained the fault clearly, estimated cost of repairs and future likely repairs as a result of the damage (I checked up on net and found this was a reasonable assessment). Very pleased with this service - the second time we have used this firm.”

“Andrew came on Monday . He phoned to confirm and arrived on time. He was pleasant and knowledgeable and quickly found the fault which he was able to fix straight away . I was very happy with the service.”

“Andrew arrived on time explained the problem and repaired. The wires had snapped bar 1 on the dishwasher. A bit of soldering and problem fixed. Not sure how long it will last for. Poor design from the manufacturer.”

“I can't praise your engineer,Javid, enough. Polite, respectful of my property, professional, kind, knowledgeable & was able to fix my appliance there & than, which was a bonus!
