“Rang Glotech repairs because my fridge /freezer was leaking. The engineer came the next day, he was knowledgeable, polite and very patient with me explaining what was wrong and how to fix it . He did manage to fix it . I would definitely recommend Glotech to my friends especially the engineer who fixed my appliance.”

“Our repair man, Andrew, was excellent. He rang before his arrival. He was smart and polite. He got on with the job in a professional manner cleaning up afterwards. He was friendly and completed the repair success”

“Glotech were brilliant! They were able to organise an engineer visit within 2 working days. The engineer was able to repair the oven without replacing any parts - very practical. Far better than the manufacturer's repair service.”

“We haven’t used Glotech before and are pleased we did. The out-of-hours on-line appointment and payment process worked fine, with a small change to the booked appointment date once the office opened. Engineer called ahead. Repair carried out rapidly once the fault was confirmed on site, the part required was carried by the technician, and the charge for it was reasonable . Tidy job. Very pleased. The labour charge worked out expensively for the time taken to do the repair, on the other hand, it’s a one-off fee and if the job had been a complicated one, it would have been covered by the fee - swings and roundabouts. Not a problem. I’d definitely use Glotech again.”

You are correct that some repairs do turn out to be slightly quicker than others however until the engineer attends the property he cannot fully evaluate therefore the time is allocated in his diary if he needs it.
