Extremely poor service, for me they don’t even get on the rating scale, but to post this comment I have to score them. I placed an order online on 11 December and since the initial order confirmation, I haven’t received an update or the order itself.
My recommendation given my experience to date of Glasgow Distillery, is don’t purchase from this company until they can ensure improved and consistent customer service.
