“I’ve ordered several bottles of whisky from Glasgow Distillery and have been very impressed with their service. The bottles arrive extremely well packaged and a couple of online issues I had were very promptly dealt with after I’d notified them. My only grumble is that I wish they’d use a carrier other than UPS but I haven’t let that put me off ordering as GD itself is excellent.”
“Great range of products to choose from for whiskey lovers and collectors to gin lovers , personal favourite is the Mullberry gin , superb . They keep you updated when your order is ready and when it is dispatched , good prices and great delivery process”
“The products were a good size however I emailed the company immediately after the product arrived to inform them that something was missing and they never responded.
This was over a month ago and I am yet to have any correspondence from the company”
“Can’t comment on the whisky as this was bought for a Christmas present and hasn’t yet been tasted, but can’t fault them on service and delivery. Great selection of whisky to choose from. They were offering free delivery when I ordered mine and it came within a couple of days.”
“This was my 1st order with the Distillery, unfortunately, an error was made with the order. I telephoned and explained what was wrong, and the error was quickly corrected with a new order/uplift arranged. I would not hesitate to recommend the Distillery to friends and family.”
“Fantastic product. Will look out for it when I am able to get back in a pub and study their gin selection! Want to support local. Really tasty. Loved the ease of itison ordering. The best packaged product I've ever had! I've kept the packaging to reuse. Told all my gin loving buddies how good your gin is.”
“Great product bought 2 of the 'bundle' arrived well packaged. Tasted the 1770 peat last night and very impressed. Looking forward to my next purchase. Keep up the good work guys.”
