“Whisky quality and beautiful packaging. But delivery checking process could be improved. UPS is horrible. The 1st bottle was returned, you didn't check the situation and I didn't know. It was only when I inquired you about the delay that you noticed the situation. You send me another one and I'm still "fighting" with UPS to deliver the package. DHL is far better. UPS doesn't care if the packages are delivered or not. And you didn't contacted me after the first failed attempt.”
