“Having decided to purchase a bottle of 1770 whisky I drove to the distillery in Glasgow to make my purchase. However on arrival at what I presumed was the shop I was told that I could only order online. This I did and received my order 2 days later. My concern is why can the distillery not sell bottles from the premise when there in person forcing you to pay p&p for a delivery. How many times has this been a missed opportunity for sales?”
“Speedy delivery, however, was personalised bottle, wrong label is on it. I'm unable to email as wont send, non reply email, have left 2 messages by phone, no response. Disappointed as for a birthday gift”
