“Unfortunately UPS sends out an incorrect email confirming delivery between 9.15 am and 13.15 automatically. UPS are aware that the system does this, but ignores it. So 4 hours of a day are wasted waiting for a delivery that is never going to happen. This happened with my first order made months ago and with this latest order.
Now Glasgow Distillery also know this and not only do nothing to prevent it, but also still retain UPS. Therefore their customer service and consideration is non-existent and whilst they make an excellent scotch it now sticks in my throat.”
