“I ordered express martini gift set. The coffee liqueur bottle had leaked
all over the contents- over half was missing. I have emailed and complained and have not had the curtesy of any reply! The bottle top wax loose and had not been screwed on securely.
Extremely disappointed and even more frustrated with lack of customer after care. Maybe this will provoke a response”

“Excellent service. I bought my whisky on a deal that said free delivery but was charged it at checkout. I sent an email to customer service, got a very prompt reply and the money was refunded right away. The whisky arrived within a couple of days of placing the order. Will definitely use them again.”

However got an e mail to say I signed for it but was out so couldn't have.
My neighbour brought it over later as her friend had taken it by mistake sent to wrong address and lucky she was honest .I Emailed the company still waiting on an acknowledgment or reply. Not impressed shame as good product and would have considered for myself and future gifts too not so sure now though. Could do better I think. Poor customer after sales service”
