“Ordered two stacks. Waited 7 days and nothing. Contacted their team to say my order hadn’t arrived and that it was showing as unfulfilled on my account page. Customer advisor replied saying they were sorry and would rectify this that day and my vitamins would be sent. They even apologised and said they would give me a discount on my next order (despite not even having received the first one yet, how presumptive) said they would contact me back that day with a tracking number…… three days later. No delivery, no tracking number and still showing as unfulfilled on my account page. Absolutely ridiculous £53 later and nothing… this company is either totally unreliable or a complete con, I am not sure which, or maybe it’s both. Complaint sent again today, I just want my money back after all this!”
