“You had me at hello! I love leaving reviews, especially when it means someone might find it helpful in deciding whether or not to give it a go. As far as I am concerned, I was sceptical about 3D printing but I can admit I was wrong. Taste is amazing and I love the personalised packaging! For overall impact I guess I will have to continue taking these lovely gummies. Thumbs up!”

“I’m 55 and needed to add a much needed boost to my healthy lifestyle. I’m not a health fanatic but the older I get the more aware I am of eating the right things and giving my body what it needs. When you start looking at supplements it’s an endless sea of pills and claims, you can end up spending a fortune. Then I saw Nourished. I loved the personalisation of them, which you can change every month, but I think you should stick with one combo for at least 2-3 months to really notice any change. It’s one tasty gummie that I have after breakfast, the cola flavoured ones are great, so too are the water melon ones. Build up your personal nutrition boost and subscribe, thats all you need! Easy, personalised and very affordable……oh and yummy too!”

Thanks for the fabulous review Rob! That is correct, we always advise to allow 8-12 weeks of starting any nutrient regime to really start to feel a difference. Everybody is different and can very much depend on the individual. We agree, our stacks are super tasty and we have so many great flavours to choose from too! “I am nearly at the end of my second month and I am already seeing a difference. My nails are stronger and shinier and they’re really long for the first time ever. My hair has new regrowth coming through and it’s always been really fine. However the main goal for me was my skin. I’ve been struggling with acne on my neck ever since having children 10 years ago. It’s not perfect (yet) but I can definitely see an improvement, the redness is less and the bumps under the skin are smoothing out. I’m not sure if it’s the B12 stack balancing out my hormones or the silica stack targeting my skin but either way something is working! Yes the vitamins are pricey but I can’t tell you how much I’ve spent on skin treatments over the years. And to top it off, not only are the external benefits showing, I feel like I have more energy and oomph. Win win!”
