“So far so good - excellent customer service and help - only been using for a month so I don't know if the supplements are working yet but the ordering, delivery and product are excellent. Clever idea - well done.”

Everybody is different and can very much depend on the individual.

“Love how you can pick your vitamins or let the questions you have answered randomise them for you. I need cherry tart and milk thistle but then I let the others be randomised. I have randomised my next months layers again but kept the two I need so I’m sure I’m getting a good balance. I love vitamins in my diet and these are so much easier than the mundane tablets and powders.”

“3 weeks in roughly to consistent use of the vitamin. So far so good. Definately tastes better than adding 4-5 different gummy vitamins. Biggest thing I can say - the "sour flavoring" isn't as sour or flavor specific as I would've hoped. Results? I don't think anyone can/should share any results without a couple months under their belt taking the vitamins. Personally - I haven't seen a decline in vitamin results.. but I've taken vitamins consistently for years.”
