“Love my nourished vitamins. To be fair - I have implemented quite a few lifestyle changes at the same time so always hard to say which has had the most impact, but I love being able to tailor my monthly box to my needs and what is important to me at the time. Added bonus is they taste great!”

“I’ve been taking my nourished gummies for a few months now, which is the longest I’ve managed to consistently take vitamins ever. I actually look forward to taking it in the morning. I’ve been doing the cola flavor, but next month I’m trying green apple. I like that you can switch it up if you get bored of a flavor. One of my main goals was weight loss, and I do feel like it’s been easier to stick to my diet. I’ve managed to lose 10lbs over the last couple months. Overall I think it’s worth the price! And customer service has been very helpful and fast”

“Bought these as my prenatal vitamins as the Pregnacare ones I was using before were huge and kept getting stuck in my throat. After a quick google, I found Nourished and they have been everything I hoped for and needed. The ginger in my tablets were especially good for my morning sickness too! Definitely recommend :)”
