“After seeing an ad on Youtube I decided to take the quick quiz. It was quick and easy, and I was surprised to see mention of Long Covid amidst the other conditions. As I've been dealing with Long Covid for a couple of years now, I thought I'd give it a proper go as It would mean cutting down the cost of individual supplements massively. Had an initial issue where the delivery courier damaged the package and I was missing more than half the Stacks - I contacted Heidi (customer services) and she was really understanding and quick acting to get the issues resolved. I ended up having that shipment replaced and the subsequent one at half price to make up for the issues. 10/10 service imo. Been using them for apprx 6months now, and I can definitely say that I've noticed a difference. I've had more energy and generally felt better, not 100% but my Stacks have definitely been a major factor. Recently swapped to a different flavour and changed what goes in the stack for next month, it's really easy to customise and tailor to what you want at the time. Probably gonna give some of their sleep supplements a try too!”

“I am only on my 2nd Nourished box but I can see a difference that it is making to some parts of my health already! I am anaemic so I included iron in my stack. First thing that's great as I found this version of iron so much easier to digest as I've had trouble with medically prescribed iron. Second, the telltale symptoms of my anaemia have almost disappeared! I had a deep horizontal ridge in my thumb nail which has nearly smoothed out and I no longer get restless leg syndrome at night which is great. I have also included pre- and post-biotics in my stack in the hope it improves my mild gut issues but no major improvements there but hoping that over time it will improve. The delivery is always super swift and I love that the box fits in the letterbox. I've had the sour pineapple and sour cola flavours. I prefer the cola. Like many others I find the texture of the gummy a bit weird, still find it a bit hard to get used to ha. And I find the texture can be ever so slightly weird as I get to the end of my month. And that is the only reason for the 4 stars. I really hope as the business grows they can perfect the texture a bit more. I am very impressed so far, I love that it's a local innovative UK business too (West Midlands).”

“I've been using the nourishment layers stacks for a few weeks now, and I'm definitely seeing results! Since I can't take any prescription meds for menopause, having a custom stack tailored for my needs has been invaluable. I definitely feel more balanced. What I love most is the ability to customize my own layers and swap them out for different ones within the stack for my next monthly order. It's a brilliant customized nutrient stack. It would be helpful if the packets were enclosed in some sort of bag, as they currently come individually wrapped and loose in the box. This would make storage more organized and convenient.”
