“I am nearly at the end of my second month and I am already seeing a difference. My nails are stronger and shinier and they’re really long for the first time ever. My hair has new regrowth coming through and it’s always been really fine. However the main goal for me was my skin. I’ve been struggling with acne on my neck ever since having children 10 years ago. It’s not perfect (yet) but I can definitely see an improvement, the redness is less and the bumps under the skin are smoothing out. I’m not sure if it’s the B12 stack balancing out my hormones or the silica stack targeting my skin but either way something is working! Yes the vitamins are pricey but I can’t tell you how much I’ve spent on skin treatments over the years. And to top it off, not only are the external benefits showing, I feel like I have more energy and oomph. Win win!”

“This is the most amazing supplement that I love. It combines all the vitamins I need in one easy-to-use package which is an amazing addition to my supplements- all the necessary vitamins in one eco-friendly and personalized package, with a pleasant flavour. It would be great to have notifications about when and how to take the selected vitamin composites and suggest the best matching vitamins and minerals. In this industry, providing the best possible service to the customers is crucial. However, I would love to see two additional features added to the product. First, it would be helpful to have a notification system that reminds customers when and how to take their selected vitamin composites. Second, it would be great if the product could recommend additional vitamins and minerals that would complement the customer's selected supplements or give suggestions how to pair them. This would ensure that customers receive the best possible benefit of the supplements and avoid taking it without actual benefits (as we all know you need water and/or fats plus minerals to absorb certain vits).”

However this can differ and everybody is different and can very much depend on the individual.
