Shop was very helpful indeed - thank you. We were a bit disappointed with the technician and perhaps in future they could have more knowledge of this product. He was unsure about using the turntable and the clock on the radio/radio was set an hour slow. You were probably well aware that we are not up to speed with technology but a family member was able to sort things out for us. We are, however, extremely pleased with our purchase and would definitely recommend you to anyone. Thank you.

The tv was terrible it had the sound of a child’s toy, bought it through the internet, bad mistake. This tv is not the standard of Snellings, Mr Roy Snelling would not ever have sold an appliance of that standard. I did receive a refund after a lot of arguing, they did not want to refund the delivery and installation charge but eventually did.I was disappointed as I have always been to Snellings for my electronics and that’s been for the last 55 years.

Just bought a shark hoover. Fast delivery overnight.only order yesterday and just arrived this morning thank you. Looking forward to using my new hoover. Perfectly in time for Christmas.

Correct item provided and good installation. But communication (calling correct number, confirming and arranging delivery, making sure drivers arrival is as stated ) could be improved.

Product all fine. Bit disappointed with 2 things. Firstly the website description was incorrect which took a couple of calls to sort out. Also on the day of delivery, no text with a time slot as promised, I called up for information and was greeted with a less than helpful Man who told me some others had called in with the same query. With that in mind surely plan B should have kicked in by calling people waiting for delivery to give the information. People have busy lives and have got better things to do than wait around for a delivery. I once again have bought local but feel rather let down on this occasion.

This review is not for Gerald Giles. I did not buy from Gerald Giles. I used Snellings of Blofield, who are always top notch in our experience. That’s why we have been customers for many years. I see that they have now merged so I hope Gerald Giles does not try to interfere with the Snellings way of running. Snellings is a time honoured business and always puts its customers first, let’s not spoil that. And NO, I have no other connection other than being a customer.

I needed a cooker at short notice because the ovens on our old one had blown up on a Saturday evening. I rang on the Monday morning to find out what the cooker would be delivered. The salesman wasn’t particularly interested and didn’t check which cooker I had ordered and made no effort to get us a quick delivery. The followingThursday. When the cooker arrived I found it didn’t have a timer. Think the salesman should have checked this out. With me. The delivery men also were not particularly helpful will in future use my usual euronics dealer in Watton Norfolk.

They did get my online accessories order wrong, and sent the wrong quantity of Miele detergents. They did accept the mistake when I flagged it up , and rectified it immediately. “Retail is detail”

The downsides were (1) I received a phone call on a Tuesday asking if we could take delivery within the next couple of hours. I advised that this was not convenient but anytime over the next 4 days would be. I was told that the only slot available all week was the one in 2 hours time. So, we had to change our plans to accept that one. In other words, the delivery was made at GG's convenience, not ours. (2) The adjustable legs on the fridge-freezer are quite flimsy and too short so that we have had to put cardboard under a front leg which doesn't look great. The upsides: (1) The delivery men were pleasant. (2) The fridge-freezer is OK apart from the legs issue described above.

It appears we called you on the same day you placed an order online with us as we had a cancellation, so we would be able to offer you a same day installation if convenient. Right price, right product , well packaged , but delivered to the wrong address and accepted by the occupant at that address!! I was notified by email that the item had been delivered , which alerted me of the mistake . I had to search the area where I live to trace my item. For your records, my address is: flat 9 block 3 Cypress ave. Sheffield S88BN Frances Roman.

On booking washing repair, gave make and model no. of spare part required. Only after visit of engineer are we told spare part not available, thus being charged a call out fee of £60 for unnecessary visit. Further to the above, they have now acknowledged error and cancelled call out fee. Misunderstanding resolved.

Very good, again. Good communication. I misunderstood the 'next day' delivery - ordered at 10am, expected delivery next day - delivery the day after and not in, so took over a week.
