We were a bit disappointed with the technician and perhaps in future they could have more knowledge of this product. He was unsure about using the turntable and the clock on the radio/radio was set an hour slow. You were probably well aware that we are not up to speed with technology but a family member was able to sort things out for us. We are, however, extremely pleased with our purchase and would definitely recommend you to anyone. Thank you.
