“I dealt with Liam from placing the order through to delivery of the appliances. His customer service was first class. He helped with my choices of appliances and then updated me weekly on the expected delivery. On the day of delivery he called to check that everything had gone to plan and that we were happy. I would totally recommend him and will use Genesis in the future for any further appliances. Well done”

“Staff in the shop were helpful and informative. Ours is not an easy house in terms of access, and we had had to cancel other purchases of cookers because companies were not confident of being able successfully to deliver. However, Genesis demonstrated a 'can do' attitude from the start, and made painstaking and considered preparations to achieve this, which their helpful and friendly team duly accomplished.”
