“I read reviews of most of the Car Breakdown Services on the internet and decided to join GEM. My first impression of using their website to join was very impressive, hopefully I will not need to call upon their services but I will have no worries about them if I do happen to need them. I am most impressed with the benefits that they also offer to members.”

“We found Alice at the call centre very helpful and friendly. We were very pleasantly surprised to find there was no tedious or lengthy wait going through various options before being put through to an operator. Also that your company does not use the very expensive telephone numbers, thus keeping the cost to your customers of telephone calls down. We hope you will continue to offer this service. Thank you”

“I cannot comment on the service, but the website was really good. One small problem though. Little confusion over cover, maybe change the 1 person etc to 1 driver 2 drivers etc. Initially my partner thought if we broke down you would leave her at the roadside LOL”
