“Truly first-rate service, and at a very competitive rate. Following a recent breakdown when my wife, daughter and baby grandson were in the car the GEM handler could not have been more helpful. He obtained assistance very promptly and pending its arrival he called every 15 minutes to check that everything was OK. I've been a member for a fair few years, and I recommend GEM without hesitation.”

“My Kia Sportage broke down contacting GEM via there app very easy to use, excellent service by recovery, recovering car to my property, then two days later taking the car to the Kia garage. Excellent service would recommend.”
