“After 46 years of being an AA member, we are finally moving! Fed up of constantly being over-charged and having to haggle for a cheaper deal each year - with little success. We barely used their services yet the yearly fee never reflected this. GEM fee is more than half what we were quoted for by the AA for a less comprehensive service. Have we been helping to give AA shareholders a b bigger dividend each year? We shall see this year whether GEM's service is as good as promised.”

“THE registration and purchase online experience was remarkably straightforward and easy. It was completed in a short a time as reasonably possible and was refreshingly efficient as well as very good value. I hope I don't need it ever but if I do I hope the product lives up to this model. Thanks.”

“Simple and easy to sign up, plan covers many areas which I wanted. I would have liked cover from the moment I signed up but either way a couple days isn't too much of a problem. I suggest planning in advance unlike me!”
