“I renewed membership by 'phone some two or three days ago ( after a regretted four years of forgetfulness ). Prompt service with this Emailed acknowledgement, with a promise of my printed policy posted to me in due course. Thank you, GEM!.”

“very easy to join,i liked the fact that everything was covered instead of lots of boxes that you add on and watch the price rise.we also liked the peace of mind that the caravan was included in the cover hope we don't need to use it but good to have”
