“Over several years of membership i have received assistance on a few occasions when miles away from home,each time it was not possible to make repairs to allow me to drive home therefore the car was loaded onto the recovery vehicle and continued to take us home,no problem There for i award ten out of ten for an excellant service. I reccommend GEM Motoring Assist to every one.”

“First rate service. Gem will insure vehicles over 15 year old which is great. AA Green Flag and most of the rest have age limit or premium price. Service was great all questions answered, easy to deal with and polite.”

“My first time with GEM having been with green flag for over 30 years, I have called out Green Flag three times in that period, two of those times Green Flag were a waste of time ( I fixed problem myself due to long wait) and only got decent service one time, and yet Green flag keep putting up my yearly subscription, so time to change, the GEM web site was very clear and easy to use terms and conditions were better and price was cheaper.”

“The rescue of my car was effortless. It was a tricky journey with a relay of two vehicles which took time. However despite this both drivers were excellent company on the journey and knew what they were doing. Fully recommended service.”
