“The signing up process was very straightforward and quick. I paid by PayPal for this year. If I like it I may transfer to a Direct Debit in future. They have a special offer on for Auto Express readers at the moment. This makes Gem almost half the price of my RAC cover.”

“The web site was very easy to navigate and the prices were around the cheapest for the cover required. Have used GEM breakdown in the past which was included in a car insurance policy I had and found them to be no problem when making a claim. This time have taken the full cover option.”

“Having been a member since 2005 I was surprised when I needed assistance in August 2017 to be told that my membership had lapsed in 2016. GEM did, however, help considerably and when I returned home I was able to confirm that I had missed the boat in August 2016 - I was wrongly under the impression that my membership was supported by a Direct Debit - not so! I quickly renewed my membership on line and found the process both simple and speedy. Thank you GEM.”
