“Overall being with wise has been great the only thing that has stopped this being a 5 star is the issue regarding tracking your progress in terms of driving. 2 months down the line I still can't access my scoring through the app and despite being this to attention with them I didn't get any clear advice so to this day I still can't tell how to make my score better.”

Hi Aaron, We're glad you're happy with the policy. In regards to the app, this is only available to our mobile app device policies, so if you have a black box policy this will not work. Black box policyholders can access there portal/dashboard through the "My Account" section of our website. “First time i have heard of this company and so far have been impressed, paid upfront to keep my insurance down as im only on my second year of driving and it brought the quote down quite a lot, i have a black box fitted to help track my driving and after my first few months i got a partial refund for driving good which really helps with my cost.”

“So far so good and I’ve recieved a refund of over £100 for a good driving score , it does mean I’m slightly restricted time wise of an evening but I’m not one to be out late anyway and it makes me more speed aware”

“A nice and easy insurance company, haven’t had any issues with them or come across anything unnecessarily bad about them. Though I got one return premium for my good driving score I am yet to receive another one with my driving score still doing well. But overall pretty happy.”

“Absolute pirates. Only been with wise driving one month and had numerous emails regarding them wanting to see proof of no claims which I emailed. Then on the same day i get emailed apparently saying my car is showing up insured with another company aswell? Strange? Then i get an email saying everything has been confirmed and the policy is ok. All on the same day.only to get an email today saying the policy has been cancelled because no contact was made about dual insurance? Why would anyone pay or set up 2 different insurances for 1 car. It seems this company makes a living off cancellation fees. They mither you with different emails non stop about anything to try and catch you out by giving you a deadline to reply. Not one phone call though? I'm mad at myself for not reading up on this cretin of an insurance company. I just gladly took the cheapest quote online. Lesson learned. You can have the cancellation fee. You obviously need it more than me. Leeches.. rats.. cockroaches your on that level”

“No complaints, fair judgment system, I had been off of a black box for 4 months before this and it was an easy adjustment. Only complaint was almost having it cancelled due to miscommunication but other than that good insurer”

“Had some difficulties at the start I wasn’t happy, but since I’ve sorted it and everything is all okay. I’m pretty amazed. Considering the bad reviews I have read they aren’t really THAT bad! They sorted out my years no claim that I didn’t put on straight away and they were very quick to responding to my emails. Don’t believe everything you read. They are pretty good to be honest.”

“Hi, This is my 3rd year with wise driving first time driver first year I was paying around £130 now I'm paying £51, never have a problem with them. I recommend it if you don't drive at night as this will effect your score. Easy access to my dashboard to check my score and driving. lovely helpful customer service. I recommend it”
