“I think it’s fantastic that WiseDriving monitor how you drive and adjust your insurance costs to suit that. As this is my first year driving it’s really helped me out. A lot of companies charge a lot for first year drivers but being 24 with two children my driving style doesn’t reflect that of a 17 year old. It’s nice to see a company that take that into consideration and also give tips on how to improve my driving.”

“I passed my test at the start of December. There was a £300 odd instalment plan, but that's like every other insurance company. Within the first full month of driving, at the end of January, I had an email saying my insurance will go from £131 a month to £107 a month. This is good for me as I am only 17. Even if I didn't have a black box, I would still be a safe driver, but having this makes you really realise how much you can save. Other reviews say that their insurance has gone up. All I can say is, don't get a black box then.. A black box records your driving. If one of the elements is bad (acceleration, braking etc) then that's on you.. Sure, it's annoying how sometimes you have bad acceleration from pulling off a fast paced round a bout, but it just goes to show that maybe you shouldn't have pulled out.. I always had bad acceleration when I first passed my test, as I was changing gear too late, but with the help of the tips, my acceleration is no where near as bad as it used to be! I'm loving my insurance so far.”

“I’m very happy. I was adamant I wasn’t getting a black box and it’s the best thing I’ve done. I’ve alresdy been getting money taken off my monthly insurance for good driving. So hopefully in a years time it’ll completely go down”
