“No problems great company Quoted £118a month Guy installed my box within 4 days no problems Monthly payments went down to £82 a month with a good driving score (mine was 82%) No mile restrictions I even changed cars 6 months into my policy (£75 charge for change over and a new box fitted) all hassle free Really helpful when I had questions Don’t see why they have so many bad reviews”

“At the moment, really, have nothing bad to say about this company. Got a quote total of £1100, they themselves rang me up 2-3 days after I paid the deposit and received my insurance papers to book an engineers appointment to fit my black box. Engineer arrived as scheduled, took some 10 minutes to fit it with no issues. After deposit my monthly payments we set to £93 a month, now it’s been 2 months and I had no issues with paying them. I don’t really drive after 11PM so it was fairly easy to keep my score at 99 - I have now received my first review after 2 months and received £154 discount for good driving. Hopefully it continues to be as easy as it is right now without any complications in future.”

“Changes to the policy is the mileage problem I believe a good driver shouldn't have a problem with the gas getting off the gas the most important thing in this world when you're good driver nothing about that so I believe the company was look for good driver not all your come off the gas at stoplight at Benz”

“My daughter insured her first car with them. We have had no issues. They called within 48hrs to make appt to fit black box. This was fitted without any issues and my daughter has had an email tell her her driving score for her first month. I would recommend for any new drivers insurance. Cut off time is 11pm, some companies are cheaper but they don't want the car driven after 10pm.”

“I purchased my wise driving policy a couple of days before I passed my test. I originally had a provisional license and it coat £150 deposit and £53 a month. Once I passed my test, I changed the details online and it didn't change my premium. I had my box installed two days before I passed my test. I have since had my full license 11 days and my driving score is 100. I am looking forward to my premium reducing. I will add that in a 26-year-old woman, mother to three kids and wife. I had my provisional license since I was 17. Wise Driving works for me and each time I have called them, they have been polite and professional. I hope they continue to be for the remainder of my policy.”

“So I was a little skeptical about choosing Wise Drive after reading some of these reviews. However, this is my 5th month of being with this insurance company and I can honestly say it's been great. So my insurance started off at £2,000, bearing in mind I'm 21 and this is my first car. The box was fitted. (The only downside is they tried to cancel my policy even though they agreed to get in contact, just make sure that you remember to contact them to fit it.) Based on my driving score my insurance kept going down to £890. The wise drive dashboard online lets you track your progress, which I regularly check. If you are a bad driver then, of course, your score will decrease. Therefore, being wary of your driving will increase the score. If you know you will be mindful of your driving then this is the company for you!”

“Never had a problem with wise driving. This is the 1st insurance policy Ive ever had and my policy was business insurance. First month payment was £298 and now its only £258 my driving score is at 98% and i drive over 200 miles aweek.”

“Absolutely delighted with this company! Nearing the end of my first years policy & have never had a complaint to make. I'm 28 and had a 1.8 3 series BMW insured with them at the low rate of £75 a month. My driving scores not perfect ( always around 60%) and my premium has never gone up, had issues of fraud with my bank account and missed two payments, both times I rang up about my missed payments I was dealt with by 2 seprate, helpful & sympathetic customer service agents. Other times ie had to ring up staff have been very knowledgable. My bmw broke down last week & I had to transfer my insurance over, helped again by a very friendly agent called kami, I didn't have access to the internet so had to ring up to change my details an should have been charged a £35 admin fee which I was more than prepared to pay but had it waved :) 5 star company all atoud”

“After reading the reviews on a number of websites I was unsure about choosing Wise drive as the majority of them were bad, however they were significantly cheaper than all other insurers so I decided to go with them. If you clearly read and follow what they say in there guidance then you wont have a problem with them, if you have any problems they are available on the phone so keep them updated. I had an issue with my documents, a phone call sorted it.”

“I have been with wise driving 1 year and just renewed my policy with them. Granted it is the same price but my Driving score was always 60 so i could not Argue. I informed Wise Driving that i would be attending a Track Day at Silverstone, Then Rockingham, And also Santa pod. They informed me i would be covered on the track (I told them the track times before hand)And no fuss. Always quick to answer the phone. I have been driving 4 years and at 22 i still have a black box. It has never bothered me and do not think it will.”

“passed my test in October 2015 and found this policy through gocompare, as they were the cheapest and what i could afford, about £130 pm.. no problems, infact my insurance as gone down to £95 with wise driving.. carnt complain customer service always answer no waiting about.. carnt think of a bad thing to say atm.. dont know where the bad ratings are from probably because you're driving like a idiot!”
