“Customer service has been very good, I would put 5 star if there wasn’t issues regarding black box fitting, but that wasn’t their fault. The engineer didn’t stick to timetable. Overall happy with my current experience”

In regards to your online dashboard, if you go onto our website and to the existing customer section, there is a link on there to the online portal and dashboard. If you have not registered on this yet, there is a button on this screen to register, fill out the information it asked and you will then receive a confirmation email. You will then be able to access your online account. If you need anymore help with this, please feel free to send us a private reply with your details an we will be happy to help. “All communication very efficient. I was disappointed that you couldn't accept my no claims evidence from a letter from my company car history from the firm's broker as although they provided evidence of no incidents against my name it wasn't under a no claims policy. But let's hope my driving continues to reduce my policy thus making you more competitive Regards Brendan”
