Score goes down as soon as what is deemed poor driving then takes ten times longer to build up so I don't get money back. E.g I was on a good score..I was on a 40mph road and doing 38..a kid run out of knowhere..I had to do an emergency stop and did it well. .my points went down for this moment of quick reactions and good stopping ability. .Its unfair

Gave me 3 black boxes and charged me for all 3 when each worked perfectly fine, my overall score dropped when car was stationary, they gave me one refund on my score then started to lower each and every score

Where do I start, the charges for the black box of £120 is ridiculous. Their system for how they score you on the telematics box is flawed massively, it’s so inaccurate. They first Inputted my Registration wrong so for the first 3 months I was driving uninsured and got stopped by police. THATS HOW I FOUND OUT. Then they tried to pass it off as my fault. The £35 charge for using admin over your account on certain issues is ridiculous considering my app logged me out every time and no matter how many reset passwords I’d do it was just the same issue, we shouldn’t be charged for YOUR APPS FAULT. The only reason it isn’t a 1 is because the customer service staff put up with every complaint and did their best every time. This company will never be recommended by me to anyone.

My policy ended, without me renewing as I'd found a much cheaper insurance without using telematics, for about 6 months my driving score remained at the same percentage, I could not access previous months of black box recordings, then to add insult to injury was asked to pay another 9.99 classed as a cancellation fee, I informed the rep that I had paid my policy in full at the beginning of the policy and that I had cover from the date the policy ended elsewhere, proof was required, sent it, then told not good enough, constant calls from debt centre to recover this 9.99?? Paid it as I was sick of the calls then emailed to say I was requesting refund, surprise surprise no reply

Although I have a black box and have made many improvements on my driving my score never goes up. I acknowledged why my score originally went down and made sure I corrected this. The score remains the same. Why?

getting a review request three years after stop using wisedrive is a surprise ...or not. As the first year was great but then accessing online was impossible and only contact by phone didn't work - did think the company had gone bust!

My payment have been change 3 times, and none contacted me to expalin anything, l.have to call myself to find out. I sign my contract with close brother and my first direct debit was suppose to be £64.87, on the 1st of April when l checked £80 something was taken from my account. I don't know where l am with you people.

Not very good as I drive very little and I don't think the black box works very well, I think it is abit over priced and I don't seem to hear from them on my driving at all I been with them nearly a year and had two reviews on my driving not the best way really I had to pay extra for me driving to college 3 nights a week, for this I had to pay about 50% more on a 3rd of the miles that i took out in the first place been trying to phone them to get a reduction as I can't drive to college as its closed not been able to get hold them I will not use them again.

Was told that time wouldn’t affect my score as I worked late shifts, that was a lie. Felt like scoring system was rather harsh. Even when driving “good” score went down. Wasn’t even worth its while should have just got insurance without a box. Changed my car, was told I have 2/3 weeks to get a new box installed, booked appointment. Unfortunately, engineer had a funeral so appointment got cancelled. Then got warnings my policy was going to be cancelled because i had went past the threshold, not through my own fault.

Annoyingly high renewal prices. Refusal to remove blackbox after use. Only reviewed my driving and increased prices during bad driving, no rewards or reductions during good periods of driving. Score never increases even after renewal.

It is a great insurance company until you get to the black box score review where it only says that your score is bad but they don t tell you how to improve it and instead they just charge you more.
