“I had taken out insurance for a car that was being delivered the following day. It broke down and i never took ownership of the car. I thought I had a 14 day cooling off period but actually got charged £44 for cancelling with you.”

As part of buying a YouDrive policy, you’re charged £20 to cover the tab we send you and a £20 arrangement fee We make it as clear as possible that you own the tab, as well as explaining our other fee amounts and that they’re non-refundable. I appreciate that under these circumstances the fee being retained is not ideal.
