“Spoke to Hastings advisor as I prefer to speak to a person rather than give personal details over the internet, she was extremely helpful & friendly very thorough and not rushing through questions and explained anything I was not sure about , quite easy process as my previous car was already with Hastings, wanted paper copy of policy no problem.
Very pleased with Hastings as I have my car motorcycle & home insurance with them highly recommended them !”

“my policy is constantly getting cancelled. it’s a joke having to pay to renew policy’s all the time when i haven’t had no letter or anything through regarding this. I have also phoned up since and have not been informed of these documents.”

“Price was competitive for Basic Cover but needed other Coveragese.g. windscreen. Both our other vechicles needed their Windscreens replaced this year so didn't want to take acgsnce”
