“I would give zero stars if I could. If you value your safety and sanity, avoid Hastings Direct. My vehicle became unroadworthy due to their 10-day administrative delay in authorizing a simple repair. They ignored my requests for vehicle recovery, forcing me to pay for private towing myself. Their 'approved' supplier even attempted to take payment over an insecure phone line. To top it off, they rescheduled my repair with less than 24 hours' notice. They are truly redefining how to fail a customer.”
