“Absolutely shocking customer service. I needed to change the registration of a new car that I hadn't even taken delivery of yet as there was a fault when leaving the factory, the car was replaced like for like however the policy went up £99 before I had even used it for the same car as they said the price had change since I bought the policy three days previously... There was also an admin fee which I expected however the customer service team didnt even know the difference between a small SUV and an estate car which is what they informed me my small SUV must be classed as in their system. I will never use Hasting Direct again.”

“Apparently I have bought a policy that spies on me! I must admit it wasn’t clear to me at the time of purchase, just that it was administered via an app. Turns out it be spying on driving style etc. Not a good start.”
