“Sold a product wasn't obvious that it has a box as part of package and whatnot entailed until you paid. In turn because payment went through I could not buy insurance from another provider as I had exhausted my limit on my credit card as you had taken payment and not yet refunded it.”

Hello Gladys,  Thanks for your review, we’re sorry you’re unhappy with the terms of your policy.  This policy is slightly different to a standard car insurance product, and we appreciate that it’s not for everyone. We do ask that you read the terms before you buy the policy as we strive to make it clear what kind of policy this is and what is required from the customer. I regret that this information wasn't seen. Looking at the policy, I can see that the refund has been sent but if it has not yet arrived, please call the team on 0333 321 9801 so they can take a look at this. ~Theo, Social Media Team
