“Got new car as old car broke, make me pay £70, to cancel old car insurance, when my new insurance is finished on new car with hastings, I go to a new car insurance company. It a disgusting that hastings insurance charge me to swap a car over.”

When a policy is cancelled, we only charge for the exact numbers of days you’ve been insured for, as well as for any fees that apply. You can find a breakdown of the costs of your cancellation (how much you’ve been charged compared to how much you’ve paid so far for your policy) in your policy documents. “Is it mandatory to stick Tab in car and install Hastings direct app. If so, what benefits do I receive for doing this?”
